CHRISTIAN PROBST (Mowgli)
Christian, an A student at Academy of the Sacred Heart, is thrilled to return to STAGES where he has been seen as Little Jake in ANNIE GET YOUR GUN and as a Newsboy in GYPSY. In 2002 Christian made his theatrical debut flying over The Muny stage as Michael Darling in PETER PAN. Last year he flew again as older brother John Darling. He’s been a part of The Muny family for over 8 years as a Muny Kid and appeared in the title role in OLIVER!, Chip in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, and Young Patrick in MAME. At Webster University he portrayed Little Guido in NINE as well as Randolph in BYE BYE BIRDIE. Christian has filmed a children’s television pilot, numerous commercials, industrial films, and can be heard on several children’s religious CDs. Besides being an avid tennis player, he is a cantor at CPOP, does local charity benefits, and has had the honor of performing before two Archbishops. Christian studies dance at Krupinski Academy and voice with Nance St. James. He’s very thankful to God, his family, and of course STAGES. [TOP]

 

STEVE ISOM (Baloo)
Steve is very pleased to be returning for his 15th season at STAGES, where he has had the pleasure of playing a wide variety of roles including Lank in CRAZY FOR YOU, Edward Rutledge in 1776, Beef in GOOD NEWS, and Herbie in GYPSY. Steve most recently appeared as a Gangster in KISS ME KATE for The Repertory Theatre of St.Louis. He has performed with many other St. Louis companies including the Shakespeare Festival St. Louis, Imaginary Theatre Company, New Jewish Theatre, HotCity Theatre, TNT, and Historyonics. Steve is the Executive Director of the Professional Theatre Awards Council, the presenters of the Kevin Kline Awards. He is also a proud member of Actors’ Equity Association and is very happy to be performing with his lovely wife and daughter again.

  MEEGAN MIDKIFF (Bagheera)
Meegan originally hails from Alabama where she earned a BFA in Theatre/Musical Theatre at Wright State University. New York credits include M. CLAUDEL with Eartha Kitt and ANNE OF GREEN GABLES with Nancy Opel. Tours include THE MUSIC MAN and KISS ME, KATE. Favorite roles include Eva Peron in EVITA, Rusty in FOOTLOOSE, Fiona in BRIGADOON, Jen in JOHN & JEN, Raina in ARMS AND THE MAN, Cathy in THE LAST FIVE YEARS, Ado Annie in OKLAHOMA!, Liz in CHICAGO, and Betty Haynes in Irving Berlin’s WHITE CHRISTMAS. In 2005, Meegan was given the first annual AEA Roger Sturtevant Musical Theatre Award and last year she was in the regional premiere of LES MISERABLES. Thanks to AEA, the STAGES team, and Luedtke. BEN NORDSTROM (King Louie)
Ben happily returns to STAGES for his 5th season where representative roles include Ren in FOOTLOOSE (2005 Kevin Kline Award), Arpad in SHE LOVES ME, and Lon in MEET ME IN ST. LOUIS. Other favorites include INTO THE WOODS (Lyceum Theatre), URINETOWN – THE MUSICAL (St. Louis Rep; KKA nom.), and AMADEUS (Great Lakes Theater Festival). Ben has appeared Off-Broadway and regionally at the Alley Theatre, Cleveland Playhouse, and Riverside Theatre. Locally, Ben has worked with The Rep, Echo Theatre Company, HotCity Theatre, Sheldon Concert Hall, New Jewish Theatre, and in over 20 shows at the Arrow Rock Lyceum Theatre. This year Ben directed the inaugural season of TeamStages. He has also directed STAGES’ production of YOU’RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN (2006 KKA – Outstanding Production for Young Audiences), which he again directed this season at Saint Louis University.   KATY TIBBETS (Shere Khan)
Katy is thrilled to be making her STAGES debut! A native St. Louisan and graduate of Missouri State University, Katy has enjoyed touring across the country and internationally with Nickelodeon’s RUGRATS – A LIVE ADVENTURE. Regionally, some of Katy’s favorite roles include Lizzie in BABY, Annabel in LUCKY STIFF, Maggie in LEND ME A TENOR and most recently Rosie in BYE BYE BIRDIE GPTF. Love to Matt, her family, and friends for their constant support. Katy dedicates this performance to her Mom! [TOP]
  PAMELA RECKAMP (Kaa #1)
Pamela happily returns to STAGES where she was last seen as Susan Hershey in the Kevin Kline Award winning musical, THE FULL MONTY. Other STAGES credits include CAMELOT, THE SOUND OF MUSIC, and BIG – THE MUSICAL. Local regional credits include ANYTHING GOES (Ozark Actor's Theatre), SONNETS FOR AN OLD CENTURY (Slightly Askew Theatre Ensemble), I DO! I DO! and FRANKIE AND JOHNNY IN THE CLAIR DE LUNE (Spotlight Theatre), and UNEXPECTED TENDERNESS (The New Jewish Theatre). Pamela is a core member of the Slightly Askew Theatre Ensemble, an Associate Professor in the Theatre Department at St. Louis University, and a proud AEA member. MARIA THOLL (Kaa #2)
Maria is pleased to be making her STAGES debut! Holding a BFA in Musical Theatre from Webster University Conservatory, she has been working for the past few months with The Imaginary Theatre Company which helps introduce children in Missouri and Illinois to theatre. Favorite roles include Rosie in BYE BYE BIRDIE, Lucille in NO, NO, NANETTE, Lorraine Sheldon in THE MAN WHO CAME TO DINNER, Hannah in NIGHT OF THE IGUANA, and Sandy in THE PRIME OF MISS JEAN BRODIE. NATALIE WISDOM (Kaa #3)
Natalie is grateful to return to STAGES for her 8th season! Previous STAGES credits include BYE BYE BIRDIE, HIGH SOCIETY, A CHORUS LINE, SHE LOVES ME, ANNIE GET YOUR GUN, BIG, CABARET, GREASE, and SNOOPY!!! Other credits include Irving Berlin’s WHITE CHRISTMAS at Virginia Musical Theatre, THE SOUND OF MUSIC (Liesl) at Broadway Palm West Dinner Theatre, and HELLO, DOLLY! (Minnie Fay) at The Little Theatre on the Square. Natalie is a proud Equity member and a graduate of Webster University’s Conservatory of Theatre Arts.

TIMOTHY WILSON (Cheech)
Timothy is super excited to be a part of the 2008 STAGES acting company! Most recently, he was seen as Luke in ALTAR BOYZ directed by Stephen Bourneuf at the Arvada Center in Denver. Other credits include Zeke in HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL, Bobby Strong in URINETOWN (directed by John Caraffa), Lenny in MARISOL, and Charlie Brown in YOU’RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN. Tim was awarded the Presidential Scholar in the Arts medal and was given the opportunity to sing at the Kennedy Center. A proud member of Actors’ Equity, he holds a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University. Thanks to Davey, Mama, and his wonderful family.

  ZAK EDWARDS (Chong)
Zak is thrilled to make his STAGES debut. He was most recently seen in New York in NO, NO, NANETTE at City Center Encores! with Rosie O'Donnell and Beth Leavel. Other favorite performances include HELLO, DOLLY! with Sally Struthers (Ambrose Kemper), THE WIZARD OF OZ (Tin Man), THE WILD PARTY (Oscar d’Armano/Dance captain), JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR (Simon/Jesus understudy), PAL JOEY (Ludlow Lowell), ASSASSINS (Charles Guiteau), MY ONE AND ONLY (Rhythm Boy), A CHORUS LINE (Frank/Mark understudy), and two previous productions of THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE. Zak is a proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma and a proud member of Actors’ Equity. [TOP]
  PAUL PAGANO (Colonel Hathi)
Paul is excited to be making his STAGES debut. A proud member of Actors’ Equity, Paul has performed with the Guthrie Theatre, Children’s Theatre Company, Utah Shakespearean Festival, Mustard Seed Theatre, and many others. In addition to performing, Paul is a Teaching Artist at the STAGES Performing Arts Academy. Much love to his wife, Lori, and children, Xavier and Kalia. [TOP]
  ARIANE RINEHART (Shanti)
Ariane returns for a 3rd season at STAGES where she has been seen in THE SOUND OF MUSIC (Marta) and CAROUSEL. Recently, she danced the role of Clara with St. Louis Ballet in THE NUTCRACKER and performed the role of Eva in THE RIMERS OF ELDRITCH with Soundstage Productions. Ariane has been a Muny performing kid for three seasons and been seen there in GYPSY (Baby Louise), THE SOUND OF MUSIC (Brigitta), BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, and CINDERELLA. Other professional credits include ACE at The Rep, the Children’s Chorus in JOSEPH … DREAMCOAT at the Fox Theatre, and appearances in HANSEL AND GRETEL and CAVELLERIA RUSTICANA with Opera Theatre of St. Louis. Ariane was an inaugural member of TeamStages and recently spent one month studying with Kansas City Ballet. Her voice teacher is Nance St. James and she studies ballet with St. Louis Ballet. Ariane would like to thank Michael and Jack (who first hired her when she was seven) and her parents. [TOP]
